I was born and grew up in the South Pacific and then moved with my family to the Northern Peninsula of Michigan as a grade schooler.  

I spent many precious moments in these natural environments and my connection with both the sea and the forest and all their beings became very deep. They planted the seed of love in my heart for the ocean and the forest. because of this, I have always felt most at home in nature + especially when i’m in or by the water.

I experienced much suffering in my early life which led me to my own healing journey and spiritual study for the past 30 years. A gifted singer, I initially studied music and later focused on healing work, beginning with massage therapy and reiki. My healing work with people led me into extensive study of various psycho-spiritual healing methods as well. My gifts are natural but continue to unfold in deep and beautiful ways.  

I have apprenticed with various master healers in my life. I learned the level of Reiki Master Healer in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage. I’m a yoga teacher in the Hatha Raja Lineage, trained by Sri Dharma Mittra. I’ve spent time learning and singing with the lakota nation and attending, participating and offering healing during sacred ceremonies. I have experienced deep healing and transformation in a decade of intensive study with Amazonian medicine. I have a lifelong direct connection with spirit and have been a committed meditation practitioner for my entire life, including many times of retreat. 

I live in northern california and enjoy spending time with nature and her beings.
